{"id":7031,"date":"2026-05-19T19:25:51","date_gmt":"2026-05-19T10:25:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/school.gifu-net.ed.jp\/wordpress\/hida-hs\/?p=7031"},"modified":"2026-06-11T09:10:35","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T00:10:35","slug":"message-from-our-principal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/school.gifu-net.ed.jp\/wordpress\/hida-hs\/2026\/05\/19\/message-from-our-principal\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Brief History<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>May 17<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a01886\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Takayama junior high school was established.<\/p>\n<p>June 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0was set as the anniversary of the school.<\/p>\n<p>Jul 7<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a01886\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 School name was changed to Hida School.<\/p>\n<p>Oct 26<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a01888\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0School name was changed to Hida Jinjyo junior high school.<\/p>\n<p>Jul 18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a01898\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 School moved to its current location, Sanfukuji, Takayama city.<\/p>\n<p>Apr 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a01899\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0School name was changed to Hida junior high school.<\/p>\n<p>Dragonfly was designed as the school seal.<\/p>\n<p>Apr 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a01901\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0School uniforms were changed.<\/p>\n<p>2 white lines were attached on uniform caps.<\/p>\n<p>Jan 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a01908\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The school song was composed.<\/p>\n<p>Feb 29<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a01948\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Correspondence courses were created.<\/p>\n<p>Apr 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a01948\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hida junior high school was promoted to \u201cSenior high school\u201d according to the educational school reform.<\/p>\n<p>School name was changed to Hida Senior High School.<\/p>\n<p>Aug 18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a01948\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 School name was officially proclaimed as Hida Senior High School.<\/p>\n<p>Jun 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a01986\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The 100<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary of the school was held.<\/p>\n<p>Jan 18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a02003\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hida Senior High School ranked in the first place for preliminary university entrance examinations administered by the government in Hida area.<\/p>\n<p>Jun 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a02006\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The 120<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary of the school was held.<\/p>\n<p>Jun 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a02016\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The 130<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>anniversary of the school was held<\/p>\n<p>Jun 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a02026\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The 140<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>anniversary of the school was held<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brief History May 17th\u00a01886\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Takayama junior high school was established.
